Our Techniques

Cutting

ALL FAB can cut almost any metal from thin sheet metal to thick steel beams. Utilizing CNC plasma cutting along with plate shearing and sawing where necessary, our experienced staff can handle any custom order no matter the specifications. We have invested in the right equipment to meet the needs of every client.

Welding

When metal needs joining, our AWS-certified MIG welding team is ready to deliver the highest quality work to every client for any need. Our rigorous quality assurance standards help to guarantee that every part that we manufacture and deliver meets up to our client’s specifications.

Bending

From stair pans to brackets, ALL FAB has all the tools needed for cutting, bending, and punching custom sheet metal parts. Using our specialized equipment, including a press brake and CNC plasma cutter, our skilled technicians can create unique parts and reproduce existing components to our client’s exact specifications.

Finishing

ALL FAB offers galvanization and powder coating for all manufactured parts. We are fully equipped to fulfill any custom order or large-scale production run with all of the finishing options that you need. Galvanized steel is available in silver, while powder coated components are available in a wide variety of colors.
